WSE provides Environmental Regulatory Compliance Audits (ASTM E2107), Environmental Compliance Performance Assessments (ASTM E2365), and various agency self-audit requirements using unobtrusive inspections, usually by one multi-disciplined senior professional. Information from the audit can be included as part of a Phase I ESA/Business Environmental Risk Audit and used to establish a “road map” for identifying needs and cost estimate for compliance. Such needs may include permitting, reporting, plan preparation, and implementation. Costs can be used for budgeting, escrow, purposes and critical timelines created, and WSE can act as a liaison for the client with the regulatory agencies.
